It's explained in the sidebar at the top of the page. Random House and Penguin Books merged earlier this year, and the running joke on the net was that the new company name should be Random Penguin. The fellow running this blog has been taking Random House (and their subordinate imprints) cover art and inserting random penguins. Some of them are more obvious than others.
