My first reaction is "OH THANK GOD!" ... but when I think about it, Romeny will actually be a viable election threat to my main man Obama. So, I'm happy for the country's sanity that Santorum is gone, but I'm a little nervous.
Yeah. Part of me really did want Santorum because he'd be so easy to beat.
That said, I'm curious to see how Romney will change his position on women. He is polling 20 points behind Obama among women in swing states. He's only one point behind Obama among men in the swing states
And, Romney is polling at 14% among Latino voters and Obama is at 70% among Latino voters. Romney's little "deport everybody" shenanigans have not helped him at all.
So, Romney's got a long way to go. Let's hope he doesn't get his act together.
Good to see you, albeit ever so briefly, the other day.
